Indigenous Cultural Safety
Indigenous Cultural Safety introduces learners to the histories, cultures, and lived experiences of Indigenous Peoples in Canada. The course explores the effects of colonization, anti-Indigenous racism, and systemic discrimination while promoting self-reflection, cultural humility, truth and reconciliation, and meaningful allyship. Learners will gain the knowledge and skills to foster respectful, culturally safe, and inclusive interactions with Indigenous individuals and communities.
