A practical session covering patient assessment, scene management, asthma, seizures, anaphylaxis, wounds, burns, fractures, bleeding, shock, and other medical emergencies. Upon successful completion, you will receive an Emergency First Aid certificate valid for 2 years.

Provides practical, hands-on guidance to help staff prevent fires, respond confidently to emergencies, and evacuate safely. Delivered in line with HSA and Irish Fire Safety guidelines, the training covers fire warden duties, fire safety procedures, evacuation routes, extinguisher use, fire alarm panels, and practical evacuation drills.

Equips staff with practical skills to recognise, de-escalate, and safely manage aggression and violence. The training covers risk awareness, early warning signs, verbal de-escalation, breakaway techniques, and safe physical responses, with a certificate valid for 2 years upon successful completion.

Provides hands-on instruction to help staff safely move and support clients in any care setting. Delivered by a QQI Level 6 certified instructor, the course covers safe lifting, risk assessment, transfers, sliding sheets, hoist and sling use, and dignified patient support. Successful participants receive a certificate valid for 3 years.

This course covers the essential principles of Basic Life Support (BLS), including patient assessment, airway management, breathing support, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
