CPI Safety Intervention
This training provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to recognise, prevent, and safely respond to challenging behaviours in healthcare, social care, education, and support settings. The course focuses on crisis prevention, behavioural awareness, effective communication, de-escalation techniques, and safe intervention strategies to promote personal safety, reduce risk, and maintain the dignity and wellbeing of individuals receiving care.
