This module is designed for GPs, GP trainees, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of myeloma diagnosis and ongoing management in primary care. It focuses on the importance of early recognition to prevent irreversible organ damage and highlights the role of serum free light chain (sFLC) testing in supporting accurate diagnosis. Aligned with NICE guidance, including Myeloma: Diagnosis and Management (NG35) and Suspected Cancer: Recognition and Referral (NG12), it also provides practical support for managing patients across their care pathway in primary care settings.
